    Farms, Brazil’s Rural Environmental Registry (CAR), and available geometries, with attention to the source and status of the information.

  2. Connect the supply chain

    Suppliers, Brazilian electronic invoices (NF-e XML), and lots, with relationships recorded for each operation.

  3. Gather evidence

    Documents, reports, and outstanding items to support data review.

  4. Prepare for review

    Technical packages and dossiers for authorized sharing and assessment by the recipient.

What the program includes

Farms and geolocation
Production area records and organization of geometries when available. A CAR record or a query alone does not establish ownership or legal compliance.
Suppliers and lots
Supply relationships and lot genealogy based on recorded data. The platform cannot recover an origin that was never provided.
Documents and reports
Evidence and technical files with sources, methods, and limitations where recorded. Completeness is not the same as legal validity.
Dossiers and operator review
Packages, versions, and integrity hashes to support authorized review. The recipient assesses the material received.

What a dossier is not

A Trace dossier is not a DDS submitted to the European Union, a certification, an independent audit, or acceptance by an authority. File integrity does not establish the truth of a declaration either.
